Bellingham photographer | Bellingham’s Plantation Rifle Range

My visit to the Bellingham Plantation Rifle Range in January was also my first time hearing a gunshot in real life. Thanks go out to Range staff who loaned me ear protection! The range, which is open to the public, is one of the last of its kind in the state. Patrons can rent handguns and rifles for a nominal fee. I explored the grounds with an attention to the details and the people that make this such a unique facility.

"I come here to blow off steam," Kovalenko said, "but it does get pricey after a while, depending on what you're shooting."
